Engineering-grade 3D printing capabilities

Materials, Tolerances & Process Limits

We work with engineering-grade polymers for prototypes, replacement parts, functional components, and production runs. Materials and processes are selected based on how the part needs to perform — not simply what's easiest to print.

Materials for functional 3D printed parts

Structural & Filled Polymers

For parts that carry load.

Brackets, fixtures, motor mounts, and other components that need strength, stiffness, and dimensional stability.

High-Temperature Materials

For parts exposed to sustained heat.

Components that need to withstand elevated temperatures while maintaining their shape and performance.

Outdoor & Chemical-Resistant Materials

For demanding environmental conditions.

Components exposed to UV, solvents, fuel, cleaning chemicals, and other demanding conditions.

Flexible Elastomers

For parts that need to flex, compress, or absorb impact.

Gaskets, bushings, dampers, grippers, and other components designed to flex, compress, or absorb impact.

Fit & Form Prototypes

For fast, economical design iterations.

Economical prototypes used to check fit, form, clearances, and design before moving to a production material.

Materials on hand

We keep a working stock of filled nylons, structural and outdoor-rated polymers, and elastomers on hand for common applications. If a project calls for something outside our standard stock, we can source the appropriate material for the job.

Process & production capabilities
Build volume
350 × 320 × 325 mm
Typical tolerance
±0.2 mm or ±0.2%
Materials in one part
Up to 12
Heat deflection temperature
Up to 507°F
Quantity

One-off prototypes through low-volume production and full production runs. Repeat orders use the same validated setup for consistent, repeatable results.

Post-processing

Heat-set inserts, tapped threads, support removal, bead blasting, and vapor smoothing are available where the material allows.

Beyond the build volume

Parts larger than the available build volume can be split, keyed and bonded, or redesigned as a bolted assembly for the finished application.

Need more than a print?

Some parts call for more than additive manufacturing. We work with trusted partners to bring in the processes and components your project needs.

Engineering & design
CatOne
Engineering and design support for assemblies, systems, and projects that extend beyond 3D printing.
Machining
NisinCo
Machined metal and plastic components when the part calls for precision subtractive manufacturing.
