A custom-sized embroidery hoop built for a local business. The frame holds fabric flat and square at a size no off-the-shelf hoop covered.
A functional clamp mount requiring an integrated, working hinge. Printed in materials to withstand UV and outdoors.
Production tooling for creating multiple parts without investing in conventional tooling. Matched mold halves were printed with alignment bosses and an integrated runner for a low-volume production run.
A custom fog light mount to match up to the OEM contoured bumper. Made to withstand outdoor road conditions.
